The term “pride” comes from associating lions with royalty, dignity, and strength. A pride exists to protect one another and help the collective become stronger. Our guiding philosophy is that of “One Sterling” where everyone works together for the common good, such as a pride does. However, it’s not always the leader of the pride that has the best ideas so we want to hear from you.
