Sterling operates across several construction and commercial related industries. The Site Access division utilizes our flagship TerraLam CLT product as an access mat, providing a strong, durable, and more sustainable alternative to other commonly available matting products. The Structural division transforms our TerraLam CLT product into panels for mass timber construction, bringing advantages of reduced construction time and increased sustainability over traditional building materials such as concrete and steel.

Our corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing facility is located in Phoenix, Illinois. We also have a second manufacturing facility in Lufkin, Texas and additional offices for construction operations and shared services.
